You may use KPBoards only for lawful and authorized purposes.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, interference, or disruption
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Do not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without permission
- Comply with all applicable laws and organizational policies
Digital Products and Licenses
Digital products purchased through KPBoards (templates, code starters, playbooks) are licensed, not sold. Each product page lists its license scope. Unless stated otherwise, licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the purchasing entity.
Intellectual Property
KPBoards content, branding, and code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform materials beyond what your license permits.
User-Generated Content
When you submit comments, tool submissions, or other content, you grant KPBoards a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the service. You retain ownership.
Service Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. KPBoards is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KPBoards harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@kpboards.com.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country grants you the right to your local courts.
