Standard 14-Day Refund Window
For digital products purchased directly from KPBoards (via LemonSqueezy), you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided the conditions below are met.
Conditions
A refund is available when:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date
- You can describe an issue that the product did not solve, or you simply want to cancel
- You agree to delete all copies of the product files in your possession
EU / EEA / UK Consumer Rights
EU Consumer Rights Directive normally grants 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts. Because our digital products are delivered immediately, you waive the right of withdrawal once download begins — but our 14-day no-questions-asked refund window above is a goodwill policy that applies anyway.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined when:
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
- The product has been redistributed, resold, or shared in violation of the license
- There is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund-then-rebuy patterns
How to Request a Refund
Email pldkhoi@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request" and include your order ID (from the LemonSqueezy receipt). We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy and typically appear on your statement in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before a refund request will result in account suspension and may forfeit goodwill remedies. We work with LemonSqueezy to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
Subscription / Recurring Products
If we offer subscription products in the future, you may cancel at any time from your account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro-rated refunds for partial months are issued at our discretion.
