Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe content on KPBoards infringes your copyright, send a written notice to pldkhoi@gmail.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information (mailing address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
What Happens Next
Upon receiving a complete notice, we will review and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) and forward the notice.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice that includes your signature, identification of the removed material, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
KPBoards terminates accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.
False Claims
Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice (or counter-notice) may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(f).
