We collect data necessary to provide and improve KPBoards services.
- Account details, such as your name, email, and organization
- Usage and technical data, such as device, browser, IP address, and access logs
- Content and metadata created while using forms, comments, saved items, and settings
- Newsletter subscription email when you opt in
- Payment metadata (order ID, product, amount, country) returned by Polar.sh — we never store full card numbers
How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate the platform safely and effectively.
- Authenticate users, enforce access controls, and secure accounts
- Provide core product features and customer support
- Monitor reliability, detect abuse, and improve product quality
- Send transactional and (with consent) marketing emails
- Fulfill digital product orders and license entitlements
Sharing and Sub-processors
We do not sell personal information. We share data with the following sub-processors strictly to operate the service:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
- Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery
- Vercel — site hosting, edge runtime, and Web Analytics / Speed Insights
- Polar.sh — payment processing, tax compliance, and digital product delivery
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized traffic and engagement metrics (loaded only after consent)
- Google AdSense — contextual advertising on selected pages (loaded only after consent)
- Anthropic — AI features (snippet generation, on-demand assistants)
- YouTube (Google) — embedded video player on article pages, no-cookie domain by default
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, European Economic Area, and other regions where our sub-processors operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent transfer mechanisms where required.
Cookies and Tracking
KPBoards uses first-party cookies for session, theme, and language preference. Third-party cookies (Google Analytics, AdSense, YouTube) are loaded only after you grant consent through our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you

Children
KPBoards is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA / UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact hello@kpboards.com and we will delete it.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as necessary for legitimate business, contractual, and legal reasons. We apply technical and organizational controls (Row Level Security, encrypted transport, scoped service-role access) to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.
